L-IA Streamer and associated ecosystem — Version 2.3

This policy covers the L-IA Streamer desktop app, the browser extension, the virtual camera, widgets and the API. The short Chrome Web Store policy complements (does not replace) this text.


1. SCOPE

Applies to:
a) Independent streamers on a subscription or trial.
b) Streamers affiliated with a studio customer of the Operators.
c) Users who pair the extension or install the virtual camera.

Studio staff are also covered by the L-IA Manager policy.

4. PURPOSES

a) Age verification and account authentication.
b) Panel, monitor, audience, post-stream and stats.
c) PM suggestions, L-IA chat, translation and automated tips.
d) Autosync of your own broadcaster financial history.
e) Billing, invoices, plan control and suspension for non-payment.
f) Security, abuse, diagnostics and legal compliance (minors, authorities).
g) Service communications (WhatsApp, in-app, email).
h) Operating the Tus referidos program, calculating discounts and commissions, paying or rejecting payouts, and preventing fraud or self-referral.

We do not sell personal data for third-party advertising. The following may process data for the Operators or as independents:

International transfers: Florida / Colombia / subprocessors in the U.S. or other countries. By using the Software you accept those transfers to the extent permitted.

8. SECURITY

JWT, password hashing, TLS, roles, extension revocation from the app. No system is infallible. Write soporte@teclivest.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Access, rectification, deletion (with legal limits), reasonable portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (may mean service closure).
EEA/UK: you may also complain to your supervisory authority.
Colombia: habeas data before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

You cannot require deletion of fan data in a way that blocks a legal duty, or data a studio must keep.

10. MINORS

The service is not directed at minors. See EULA §10. Minor data is not kept except as evidence for authorities.

11. CHANGES

Material changes will be notified in the Software and, if processing changes in a material way (e.g. sending cookies to the server, a new use of PMs), a new acceptance will be required.

Florida FIPA; Colombia Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013; GDPR when applicable; 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and Colombia Law 1098 of 2006 as relevant to minors.
