PRIVACY POLICY

L-IA Streamer and associated ecosystem — Version 2.3

This policy covers the L-IA Streamer desktop app, the browser extension, the virtual camera, widgets and the API. The short Chrome Web Store policy complements (does not replace) this text.

1. SCOPE

Applies to:
a) Independent streamers on a subscription or trial.
b) Streamers affiliated with a studio customer of the Operators.
c) Users who pair the extension or install the virtual camera.

Studio staff are also covered by the L-IA Manager policy.

2. DATA WE PROCESS

2.1. ACCOUNT AND VERIFICATION

• Name, ID number (national ID/passport), WhatsApp, email, city/country.
• A copy of an ID or other age proof ONLY if provided or requested in an audit.
• Password hash, session tokens, short-lived OTP codes.
• Studio invite code, tenant, plan and subscription status.
• A referral code (LIA-xxxxx) if you enter one at signup. Studio and referral paths do not coexist.

2.2. SOFTWARE USE

• IP, app/OS/extension version, extension device_id, active platform tabs (broadcaster host/URL).
• Modules used, timestamps, technical diagnostic logs.

2.3. STREAMING AND MONITORING

• Broadcaster URLs and nicks, room metrics, listing/rank when the platform exposes it.
• Duration, sub-states (public, private, group), room events (tips, joins/leaves).
• PERIODIC STREAM SCREENSHOTS and post-stream material. They may contain adult imagery. They are stored on the Operators' infrastructure (including Cloudflare R2) and are not a "same-day temp folder" unless a cleanup job the Operators define says so.

2.4. AUDIENCE (THIRD PARTIES WHO ARE NOT L-IA USERS)

• Viewer nicks, presence history, tip amounts, tiers, and, when the platform shows it, country/city, apparent age or account date (e.g. MyFreeCams).
• This is processed to provide YOU the audience/CRM service. The fan does not contract with L-IA. You must not use it for harassment, extortion, non-consensual off-platform contact, or re-identification.

2.5. PRIVATE MESSAGES AND SUGGESTIONS

• PM text, nicks, platform, timestamps, and suggested drafts.
• Content may be sent to L-IA servers and to AI providers (current or equivalent subprocessors: xAI, OpenRouter and/or OpenAI) to generate suggestions. You authorize that sending by using the private-message suggestions.
• L-IA does not sell those texts for third-party advertising.

2.6. FINANCE AUTOSYNC

• Earnings/tip history that your own broadcaster session allows to be read.
• The extension may read that platform's session cookies ON YOUR DEVICE for the extraction. Under the current design, those cookies are NOT sent to L-IA servers. If that design changes in a material way, this policy will be updated and a new acceptance will be required when applicable.
• Those amounts remain supporting statistics, not official books.

2.7. CAMERA, TRANSLATOR AND WIDGETS

• Camera FX / VCam video is processed on your device for the broadcast you choose. The Operators do not use that live video as a training feed, except the monitoring screenshots already described if the monitor is on.
• The translator may process text (and, if you enable it, audio segments) to show a translation. Treat that as service data, not as a secret from subprocessors if the feature leaves your device.
• Widgets/animations: widget IDs and overlay preferences.

2.8. GALLERY AND SUPPORT

• Posts, comments and attachments you or your studio upload.
• Support tickets and L-IA chat content (stored to provide the service and operational quality).

2.9. BILLING

• Plan, trial, invoices, payment proofs, status (current, grace, suspended), and data needed for Wompi or another processor shown at checkout.

2.10. TUS REFERIDOS PROGRAM

• Personal LIA-xxxxx code, referrer/referee relationships, each relationship’s status, discounts and commission ledger entries.
• Visible name or identifier of people who used your code (shown to you in the Software).
• Payout profile: account holder, method (Bancolombia, Nequi, Daviplata, another bank, Wise), account or mobile number, Wise email, country.
• Payout requests, amounts, FX rates, transfer costs, approval or rejection and the reason.

3. SOURCES

• You (registration, payments, posts, AI use).
• Your browser/extension on broadcaster tabs you open.
• The monitor (server and/or your own PC when region or another limit requires it).
• Platforms, to the extent your session or public data allows.
• WhatsApp/Meta (OTP and notices), payment processors, Discord if used for support.

4. PURPOSES

a) Age verification and account authentication.
b) Panel, monitor, audience, post-stream and stats.
c) PM suggestions, L-IA chat, translation and automated tips.
d) Autosync of your own broadcaster financial history.
e) Billing, invoices, plan control and suspension for non-payment.
f) Security, abuse, diagnostics and legal compliance (minors, authorities).
g) Service communications (WhatsApp, in-app, email).
h) Operating the Tus referidos program, calculating discounts and commissions, paying or rejecting payouts, and preventing fraud or self-referral.

5. LEGAL BASIS

• Contract / pre-contract steps (subscription, trial, studio affiliation).
• Consent (policy acceptance; voluntary use of PM suggestions, the extension and the camera).
• Legitimate interest (security, fraud, service integrity), balanced against third-party rights.
• Legal obligation (tax, authority orders, protection of minors).
• Colombia Law 1581 of 2012, Florida FIPA, GDPR when the data subject is in the EEA.

6. RETENTION

• Account and billing: life of the relationship plus tax periods (min. 5 years U.S. / 10 years Colombia where applicable).
• Stream history, audience and screenshots: while the service is active plus any extra time contract or law requires. You may request deletion of personal data; screenshots and logs may be kept if there is a claim, abuse or legal duty.
• OTP: minutes. Tokens: until expiry or revocation.
• AI conversations and processed PMs: as needed for the service, quotas, abuse and quality, then reasonable deletion or anonymization.

7. PROCESSORS AND THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell personal data for third-party advertising. The following may process data for the Operators or as independents:

• Cloudflare (tunnel, DNS, R2 — screenshots and media).
• WhatsApp / Meta (OTP and service messages).
• Payment processors (e.g. Wompi) and gateways shown at checkout.
• AI providers: xAI, OpenRouter, OpenAI (or another indicated in product).
• Discord, if you or staff use it for support.
• Streaming platforms: they operate under THEIR policies; L-IA does not control those companies.

International transfers: Florida / Colombia / subprocessors in the U.S. or other countries. By using the Software you accept those transfers to the extent permitted.

8. SECURITY

JWT, password hashing, TLS, roles, extension revocation from the app. No system is infallible. Write soporte@teclivest.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Access, rectification, deletion (with legal limits), reasonable portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (may mean service closure).
EEA/UK: you may also complain to your supervisory authority.
Colombia: habeas data before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

You cannot require deletion of fan data in a way that blocks a legal duty, or data a studio must keep.

10. MINORS

The service is not directed at minors. See EULA §10. Minor data is not kept except as evidence for authorities.

11. CHANGES

Material changes will be notified in the Software and, if processing changes in a material way (e.g. sending cookies to the server, a new use of PMs), a new acceptance will be required.

12. GOVERNING LAW

Florida FIPA; Colombia Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013; GDPR when applicable; 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and Colombia Law 1098 of 2006 as relevant to minors.
